Blossom Communications works with businesses, associations and non-profit organizations to help them flourish by achieving their communications and marketing goals – whatever those may be.

The Regina-based marketing and communications consulting company assists clients to develop, implement and execute a variety of strategies to assist them further their business.

This includes everything from big picture strategic communications and marketing plans, to web development project management and social media strategy, to media relations, copywriting and publication development.

Who are we?

Blossom Communications is owned by Jess Paul – a professional with 20 years of experience in communications and marketing.

Her involvement in the industry includes work in journalism, copywriting, desktop publishing, political communications, issues management, media relations, speechwriting, message development, media training, print management, website development, social media strategy, strategic communications planning, and time as an account executive in a marketing and advertising agency.

Jess prides herself on building relationships with, listening to and working in concert with her clients to deliver exceptional communications services. Working with a stable of local, trusted professionals and suppliers, Blossom Communications builds a team around a client based on their specific needs.

With nearly a decade working in political communications and issues management with the Official Opposition and in the Premier’s Office at the Legislative Building of Saskatchewan, Jess has a strong understanding of the workings of various levels of government and how different groups interface with government. Her volunteer involvement and experience with non-profits and associations has given her an intimate understanding of the inner workings of these entities, as well as their communications needs.
